The Collateral Repair Project Teams
|
The Collateral Repair Project is a collaboration of Coalition citizens and Iraqis - in Jordan and within Iraq - working together to
create solutions to address the devastation of a small percentage of the estimated 5 million Iraqis who have had to flee their homes
and communities because of the violence resulting from the occupation of Iraq.
CRP relies on its Iraqi team members to assess need and to submit projects that they feel will best help refugees to achieve a greater
degree of stability and well-being. They are then responsible for implementing our projects and sending documentation and photos
of those that benefit from them once the projects are completed.
The North American team provides a means for these teams to get international support for their projects and to inform a wide
audience about how this humanitarian disaster impacts the lives of ordinary Iraqis.
We applaud and support the dedicated efforts of our Iraqi team members, often undertaken at great personal risk, to improve the
lives of Iraqis.
